Servicios y Suministros Industriales SSI, C.A. is organized under the laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and provides industrial services, civil works, environmental management, and equipment supply

Where a signed contract exists, that contract prevails over these terms for the scope it covers

• You agree not to use the site unlawfully, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access
• You agree to provide accurate information when submitting an enquiry

Service, capability, work, and equipment descriptions are indicative and do not constitute a binding offer. Every engagement requires a written quotation accepted by both parties

Prices, availability, delivery times, and technical scope are confirmed only in a formal quotation

• Work begins once the client accepts the quotation in writing or issues a purchase order
• Invoices are issued under Venezuelan tax and commercial requirements and are payable within the agreed term
• Changes in scope, site conditions, or client instructions may require a revised quotation

We execute work with qualified personnel under the industrial safety, occupational health, and environmental standards applicable to the site

Either party may suspend activity where conditions present an unacceptable risk, with work resuming after conditions are corrected

Website content, including text, images, drawings, and SSI marks, belongs to the company or is used with permission and may not be reproduced without written authorization

Technical documents remain subject to the ownership and confidentiality terms of the corresponding contract

Each party keeps confidential the commercial, technical, and operational information received from the other and uses it only for the engagement

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and liability for a contracted engagement is limited to the corresponding work order unless agreed otherwise

Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under Venezuelan law

Neither party is responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control

These terms are governed by the laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. Unresolved disputes are submitted to the competent courts of Maracaibo, Zulia, unless the contract provides another mechanism
